MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia plays a decisive role when it comes to achieving global stability, Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani said Monday.

"Russia's plays the main role today when it comes to global stability, and we very much wish to develop relations with Russia and find solutions to issues concerning the stability of our region," Al Thani said at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
