MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Earlier in the day, South Korea restarted its propaganda broadcasts and raised the alert level near the border to the highest level, as well as deployed artillery at the locations.
"We urge South Korea to exercise restraint. It is simply rising to the bait," Philip Hammond said during his visit to Tokyo, as quoted by the Sky News channel.
