KIEV (Sputnik) — The governments of Ukraine and Japan have signed an agreement on granting Kiev a loan to help carry out economic reforms, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported Friday from the signing ceremony in Kiev.

The deal was signed on behalf of Ukraine by its Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, and for Japan by its Ambassador to Kiev Shigeki Sumi.
