Eastern Partnership Approves Text of Final Declaration

RIGA (Sputnik) – Azerbaijan is so far not ready to sign the final declaration from the Eastern Partnership summit in Latvia’s capital of Riga, European Parliament President Martin Schulz said Friday.

“I don’t have the latest information, but the entire morning and even now during consultations Azerbaijan refuses to sign,” Schulz said.
