Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said that NATO’s next summit should be aimed at accepting Georgia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Montenegro as new members.

ANTALYA (Sputnik) – NATO’s next summit should be aimed at accepting Georgia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Montenegro as new members, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said Thursday.

“We favor NATO expansion. Currently, we have four candidate countries – Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Georgia. And we would like to see the 2016 summit aimed at expansion,” the minister said.
