MOSCOW, November 10 (RIA Novosti) — At least two people have been killed in a crash of a private plane in the Bahamas, local media reported Sunday.
Nine people were on board at the moment of the crash, and at least two died, according to Bahamas Press.
Cessna-402 model plane was heading to Freeport, Grand Bahama island, carrying passengers for a religious conference.
The plane crashed at the Shipyard site on Grand Bahama island at around 22:10 GMT. The reasons for the tragedy have not been uncovered yet. Rescue teams are working at the site.
