French Nurse Cured of Ebola Virus, Leaves Hospital: Health Minister

Nigeria and Senegal are among the other African nations with registered cases of the disease. In addition, a Liberian national has been hospitalized in the United States with confirmed Ebola diagnosis.

There is no officially approved cure for the virus. However, several nations, including Russia, the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan are working on a vaccine.
