BUSAN (South Korea), November 19 (RIA Novosti) - Russian and South Korean leaders Vladimir Putin and Roh Moo-hyun are holding top-level talks in a hotel in Busan.
The South Korean leader said he had been given a very warm welcome when he came to Russia in May.
Putin congratulated Moo-hyun on the successful completion of the APEC summit saying it was "brilliantly organized" and was very fruitful.
Putin said bilateral trade had grown by 30% recently. "Today we can not only sum it all up but outline prospects and move further," the Russian leader said.
