TEHERAN, July 10 (RIA Novosti, Nikolai Terekhov) - A total of 32 persons have drowned in the Caspian Sea in northern Iran, the national radio said Sunday. Most persons could not swim. They went into water due to strong heat that had hit Iran in the past few days. Local authorities imposed restrictions for bathing in dangerous places.
