ASTANA, July 5 (RIA Novosti) - The member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) intend to set up an international search register for suspects wanted on terrorism charges, a document released Tuesday said.

The move comes as part of an SCO concept on cooperation against terror, separatism and extremism. The SCO states (China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan) said a single list of banned organizations should be drawn up, and their property and money confiscated.

The member states said they would not grant asylum to terrorist, separatist or extremist suspects, who would face extradition under the document.

The concept also said measures would be taken to make the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure more effective.
