Georgian Premier Zurab Nogaideli said, "She is energetic and active, as a prime minister should be."
Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Artur Rasiadze said, "The successes which Ukraine achieved after the presidential elections is largely her merit."
According to Rasiadze, all premiers were positive about Timoshenko's first appearance at and active participation in the session of the Council of CIS Prime Ministers.
"She is a very experienced, competent and active head of government," he said.
First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Abbas Abbasov added that Timoshenko is charming and very beautiful.
The head of one of the delegation who asked not to be named expressed a different opinion. "She is too tough for a female politician. It does not let her fully use her charms in contacts with men who cannot help seeing her beauty. But her toughness is repelling," he said.
Timoshenko attracts the attention of journalists more than the other 11 CIS premiers. She has confident manners and willingly answers journalists' questions.
Yulia Timoshenko is pleased with her participation in this session, her press secretary said.
The next session of the Council of CIS Prime Ministers will be held in Moscow, however, the exact date has not been fixed yet.
Moldovan Prime Minister Vasily Tarlev presiding over the council agreed with his Russian counterpart Mikhail Fradkov who said that the session should be held after the CIS summit in Kazan on August 26.
According to Timoshenko, CIS prime ministers should meet more often and have a more precise vision of their further activities. "This will be clear after the summit," she added.
Russian Premier Fradkov became the next chairman of the Council of CIS Prime Ministers. The rotation is based on the Cyrillic alphabet in which the letter 'F' follows the letter 'T'.
