The new titleholder is 168 high and has almost-perfect body parameters of 88-60-91. Her life motto is: "It doesn’t matter how slow your progress is if you never give up on your dream. Viam supervadet vadens! (The path will be overcome by the one who walks it)."

The Russian beauty was crowned with a bejeweled silver crown covered in gold leaf and bestrewn with semi-precious gems that is a priceless masterpiece of Russian jewelers.

The Russian Beauty pageant is traditionally held among winners of regional Russian beauty contests. The contenders are required to be 14 to 25 years old, not married and without children. About 20 days before the launch of the pageant, they are brought to a boarding house near Moscow to receive training from the best choreographers, stylists, photographers, psychologists and fitness trainers.

In the run-up to the contest, the beauties take part in various events, such as a charity auction where they sell hand-made souvenirs from their home regions, including ones they crafted themselves. All the funds raised are given to hospitals and orphanages.

The Russian Beauty pageant has been around since 1995. Until 2006, the winner went on to represent Russia at Miss World, whilst now they take part in the Miss Earth contest, which is aimed at promoting environmental awareness.
