Russia’s Deputy PM to talk innovations in London

Russia’s Deputy Prime Minister Vladislav Surkov will deliver a lecture on innovations at London School of Economics and Political Science on May 1. The official’s report will deal with goals and perspectives of innovations in Russia.
Surkov is also scheduled to visit East London Tech City, a technology cluster similar to Russia’s Skolkovo research hub.
Earlier, Surkov stated about a possible research consortium comprising Moscow and US universities and confirmed cooperation talks between Skolkovo and MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
