Obama to Boston bombers: 'we will find you'

Барак Обама

US President Barack Obama vowed Thursday that investigators would find the bombers who attacked the Boston marathon and make them "accountable."

Those who masterminded the Boston marathon attacks will be found and punished.

"Yes, we will find you, and yes, you will face justice," U.S. President Barack Obama said.

This was the underlying message of a stirring speech delivered by Obama at an interfaith service Thursday for the victims of the twin blasts.

The U.S. President addressed those gathered at Boston’s largest Catholic Holy Cross Cathedral.

"As you begin this long journey of recovery, your city is with you… your country is with you," Obama said. "We will all be with you as you learn to stand and walk and run again. ...You will run again," said Obama.

Monday’s twin blasts at the marathon finish line left three killed, one of them a child, and nearly 180 injured. Some of the victims suffered gruesome injuries and lost limbs.

Pope prays for victims of Texas blast

Pope Francis on Thursday called on his followers on Twitter to pray for the families of victims of a deadly blast in a Texas fertilizer plant, which left between five and 15 people dead and over 160 injured.

"Please join me in praying for the victims of the explosion in Texas and their families," the Argentinian pope tweeted in English.

The blast in the small town of West, near Waco, stoked anxiety in a nation already on edge after the nerve-jangling Boston marathon bombings, which left three dead.

An apartment complex and a nursing home were destroyed, local residents flooded into emergency shelters, and at least 100 patients were hospitalized following the blast.

FBI confirms two persons of interest in "clear" photos of Boston attack

A federal law enforcement confirmed that they have clear photographs of two men they call persons of interest in the Boston Marathon bombings, and they’re currently seeking them for questioning, Fox News reported.

The FBI is not sharing the pictures with the public, however, Fox News reported. They’re being distributed among investigators — they’re for “law enforcement eyes only,” the source said to Fox News.
