The names of five winners of the Silver Archer Competition were announced at an Open Ceremony at the Russian Embassy in Washington D.C.

The names of five winners of the Silver Archer Competition were announced at an Open Ceremony at the Russian Embassy in Washington D.C. The president of the Russian-American Cultural Center Olga Zatsepina, a Chairman of the Board of the Russian-American Medical Association Boris Vinogradsky, a Marketing Director of Brand House Elena Abramova, President of Russian Washington Russiandc.com Elena Starosel’skaya, and Director of the Washington Museum of Russian Poetry and Music Uli Zislin were awarded in culture, charity, business, media and persona respectively. More than a decade old Silver Archer Awards are given to the best PR campaigns in Russia and traditionally held towards the end of January. The National Award was founded in 1997.
