Caught on Camera: Topless Woman Rushes to Porch to Steal Package in Houston, Texas

Extraordinary porch thief was captured on the doorbell security camera.

In a video that emerged online, a topless thief is seen stealing a package from the doorstep of a house in Houston, Texas.

The bare-breasted thief, who wasn't wearing any shoes either, runs to the door step, grabs the package and runs away.

“She clearly was having a wardrobe problem on the way up,” Harris County Precinct 1 Constable Alan Rosen said, as quoted by Fox News.
