A New York City intersection was cordoned off after a swarm of hundreds of bees engulfed the umbrella of a Sabrett hot dog stand in Times Square.

Videos shared by social media users show the horde of bees making their home on top of an umbrella on the corner of Broadway and West 43rd Street around 2 p.m. Tuesday. The reason the bees decided to swarm that particular hot dog stand has not yet been determined.

Further footage shows a New York Police Department (NYPD) worker wearing protective gear and sucking the bees up using a vacuum device.
