A recent report by CNN stated that US State Secretary Rex Tillerson would not send a high-level delegation for Ivanka Trump, who is visiting an entrepreneurship summit in India.
Many on Twitter questioned whether Ms. Trump – who is not an elected official or an appointed government worker – should be allowed to play a role in foreign policy.
Is he questioning @IvankaTrump’s qualifications? Or is she going as a private citizen to promote employing Indian women in sweatshops?

Tillerson’s decision has reportedly indicated a new spike in tensions between the US top diplomat and the White House. A source in the State Department told CNN that Tillerson does not want to "bolster" Ivanka Trump’s position on the international stage.
1) Tillerson is a petty overlord, angry about Ivanka conducting diplomacy outside of his control 2) He is savagely laying waste to the State Department, firing and forcing out skilled diplomats. 3) literally, the State Dept has no one to assist anymore. It’s a skeletal crew
