Some pictures really are worth a thousand bucks.

On Wednesday, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and his wife, Louise Linton, struck a pose with a sheet of $1 bills for the unveiling of new currency featuring his and US Treasurer Jovita Carranza's signatures.

But both Mnuchin and the bills were upstaged by the black-clad Linton, whose intense look inspired Twitter all afternoon.

Mnuchin, a former Goldman Sachs exec, toured the Bureau of Engraving and Printing to get a firsthand glance at the currency production line, the New York Post reported.

Jokes involving the couple's summer wedding were even tossed out.

Some comic book fans couldn't get over how closely the two mirrored classic fictional villains.

And with the highly anticipated release of the next Star Wars installment, some even compared saw Kylo Ren in Linton's dark sartorial statement.

Who wore it better? Kylo, the internet found.

The new dollar bills will be shipped to Federal Reserve regional banks around the nation before going into circulation in December.
