Police are investigating a suspected break-in at the DFC Chicken facility in Birmingham after a passerby saw a 45-year-old man stuck in the cafe's takeaway extractor fan unit.
"The extractor unit had been removed and the suspect had climbed into the extractor outlet at around 2am. He was completely stuck and couldn't move at all," PC Matthew Willocks was quoted by the Guardian as saying.

The man, who was rushed to hospital, is currently facing burglary charges, police said, adding that the suspected burglar was evidently stuck for at least five hours before law enforcement officers arrived.
