Photographer Kappa Ryu has recently shared some of his surreal works online and has been making waves on Japanese Twitter ever since. The model depicted on his images looks just like a water goddess of some sort, dressed in a garment made of splashes.

This magical effect did not require any digital wizardry; instead the photographer and his team used practical effects to mold the liquid into the shape of a dress. According to Kappa Ryu, it took him more than a hundred attempts before he could capture the perfect shot.
Twitter users were stunned by the photographer's skills, writing comments like, "This is incredible! How is this even possible?" and "Amazing. That's all I can say about this perfect photograph." Some netizens even suggested that he should try to do the same with fire.
