The ocean's depths can be really terrifying, but their mysteries keep attracting ever more researchers. Ancient sea creatures and unimaginable things can be found there, but they are not always hostile to people.

A small research submarine caught this chilling footage off the coast of the Bahamas, 528 metres below the surface, in the kingdom of everlasting darkness. The Giant Bluntnose Sixgill shark on the video may be really old, and is possibly seeing people for the first time. Luckily, the beast was just curious, because a bite from those jaws could be really damaging!
