Dancin' in the Streets: Artists Perform Ballet Routines on Mexico City's Roads

It’s really boring to sit in a traffic jam wasting your time, especially when the weather is blazing hot. This little project, however, made people in Mexico City pay a little bit more attention to the road adding a bit of flare to motorists’ commutes! Apparently, a green light is not so good anymore.

Artists from the Ardentia ballet danced to magnificent melodies — classical and modern — in the breaks between traffic light signals, which switch in less than a minute.
The dancers perform their short routines in the streets, featuring music from Swan Lake and the Nutcracker by Tchaikovsky and Michael Jackson's Rock With Me.
