    A helicopter pilot landed in the parking lot of a shopping center in Tambov, delivering a passenger and receiving a $35 ticket for his efforts.

    The incident occurred on January 12, 2017, in Tambov, Russia, where the helicopter was captured on video by a customer. The Robinson R-44 II helicopter remained on the ground for two minutes, then it picked up the passenger, that had been droped off at the shopping center earlier then flew away. As a result, the pilot was brought to administrative responsibility for "violating the federal airspace usage rules."
