The rescuers named the baby bear Baloo and treated him to oat flakes, honey and milk. Vets examined the animal's health and decided to send him to a new home in the Meshchyora National Park in the Vladimir region where he will be accompanied by Masha, a bear rescued from a circus, an official representative of Russia's Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment told Sputnik.
