The Zhonglian building in Changzhou, a town in east China, was pulled down last Tuesday. According to local media reports, a new subway line will be built instead. As we can see, the demolition workers failed to secure the area.
Some reports say authorities placed paper notices on the streets in the area, but still, the huge cloud of dust looks dangerous.
