First of all, this YouTuber, whose username is StupotMcDoodlepip, wrote a program that allows any gif image to be printed out. He created a funny flip book with a gif of Homer Simpson hiding in some bushes, but then the YouTuber decided that was not complicated enough. So, StupotMcDoodlepip went one step further and printed out a flip book of himself flipping through the book with Homer Simpson.
