According to the description under this video, published by PressTube, the Mk 2 "Pineapple" and Mills bomb grenades are collector items. To make them legal for collectors, the explosive charges were removed. However, if those grenades were still live, they would have destroyed the hydraulic press and the entire workshop with them.
