Japanese Macaques Take Bath in Natural Spa
12:14 GMT 29.12.2015 (Updated: 19:25 GMT 19.10.2022) Japanese macaques, also known as "snow monkeys," were captured taking a bath in the hot geothermal springs in Jigokudani Yaenkoen Park in Nagano, on Monday.
During winter, the primates descend from the forests in the Jigokudani cliffs to the hot springs.
Bathing monkeys have become one of the most popular park attractions, drawing hundreds of visitors to the park each winter.
