Winter Wonderland: Polar Bears Enjoy Snow in San Diego Zoo

Tons of snow blanketed the open-air polar bear cage in the San Diego zoo sending three of its inhabitants into raptures.

The zoo is grateful to those who have donated enough money to make the winter wonderland possible. "It was great seeing them [polar bears] roll around in the snow, showcasing their natural behaviors," senior keeper Susan Purtell said.
