A Shaolin monk demonstrated his crafted-to-perfection art of avoiding damage. His neck withstood hits with sticks; but the sticks didn’t.

The ancient traditional Chinese martial art of body conditioning aimed at making it damage-resistant is called “Hard Qiqong”, popularized by Shaolin monks through spectacular shows. But be smart and don’t try to repeat it: the mastery and “ease” that you see are the results of tireless and consistent work lasting for years. Martial arts practitioners devote their life to training.

Here another master, Li Wong Chan, shows his incredible skills.
