16:54 GMT 03.10.2015 (Updated: 19:25 GMT 19.10.2022) A drone captured the footage of a temporary bridge between the Russian mainland and an island close to the Crimean peninsula, which opened on October 2.
The temporary 1.2-km bridge will be used during the construction of a permanent bridge to Crimea that is due to be put in operation in 2018. The existing bridge can be crossed in 15 minutes.
