Amazing 3D Glimpse of the Veil Nebula With Hubble Telescope

Subscribe
The Hubble telescope took a photo of the Veil Nebula, a remnant of the Veil supernova that exploded 8,000 years ago.

On this 3D-model, chemical elements are represented by different colors: red stands for sulfur, blue denotes oxygen and green shows hydrogen.

"Our distant ancestors would have witnessed what appeared to be a bright new star briefly blazing in the northern sky, rivaling the glow of our moon," the Hubble team said on their website.
