Just before she's introduced on the show, the congresswoman is seen with her fingers press against her nose, before briefly placing one finger in her mouth. It's possible that she was simply making sure she didn't have lipstick on her teeth, but the footage has spurred a lot of online speculation as to whether or not Wagner was eating her booger.
