Disastrous Aftermath of Animas River Contamination

Drone footage shows how the water of the Animas River has changed color after an estimated one million gallons of toxic waste has flooded in.

The yellow-orange river is now contaminated with arsenic, lead, cadmium, aluminum and copper among other potentially toxic heavy metals, according to the Environmental Protection Agency.
