The video captures a man wearing swim trunks and standing on the bow of a boat in British Columbia, Canada as a moose appears in the water. The man's face is not shown in the video, but he can be heard yelling "Get up there, let's get up on that thing!"
The man claps his hand excitedly as the boat pulls closer to the moose and he readies for the leap. His friends can be heard laughing as soon as he jumps onto the poor animal. One of the friends, who can only be either too oblivious or just cruel, can be heard shouting "I've never seen anything so awesome!"
B.C. conservation officials have launched an investigation into the video after it surface on YouTube on Sunday.
