Shemika Charles started limboing when she was 14, and she went on to set the Guinness World Record after she limboed eight and a half inches off the floor during an appearance on Live! with Regis and Kelly in 2010.
The limbo queen has just broken a second world record, after successfully limboing under a car. Even though it seems effortless when she does it, Charles says she has to practice six hours a day to maintain her flexibility and agility.
