A cyclist catches a woman eating cereal out of a bowl while she drives her car.

David Williams was cycling in Surrey in England with a helmet camera when he caught sight of the woman sitting in her Land Rover and casually eating her breakfast behind the driver's wheel.

Seeing this, the cyclist turned right around and knocked on the woman's to confront her. "You're a bloody danger!" He yells at her after she refuses to roll down her window.
