Two baby Bengal tigers made their first public appearance at Gyor zoo in Hungary to be vaccinated.

The animals, both around two months old, were separated from their mother after she refused to care for them after birth.

Bengal tigers are extremely rare in the wild. The species originally comes from India. The total population is estimated at around 2,500 individuals. Since 2010, the Bengal tiger has been classified as endangered by the International Union for Conservation of Nature.
