    A volcanic eruption in Russia's far eastern Kamchatka peninsula has produced stunning images of lava flows oozing through a snowy wilderness. The Plosky Tolbachik volcano started erupting on November 27, 2012, after being dormant for more than 30 years, with its last eruption in 1975-76. It is not known how long this eruption will last.
