A missile gun mount on the T-80 is capable of hitting moving targets with homing missiles. Maximum fire range is five kilometers.
The vehicle’s top speed is 80 km/h. The tank’s armory comprises a 125mm smoothbore gun, a machine gun, and an anti-aircraft system. An automatic loader can feed as many as nine rounds a minute. The T-80 is also equipped with anti-tank guided missiles and firing control.
