The San Francisco Zoo held its annual March of the Penguins on Wednesday and introduced a handful of young penguins to their larger family and a larger pool.Four adolescent penguins were paraded through the zoo grounds to their new home on Penguin Island amid a cheering crowd and some noisy fellow animals.For the first several months of their lives, the four Magellanic chicks attended fish school and were separated from the colony of 54 penguins that live on a man-made rock formation.
The zoo says their Magellanic Penguins are the largest and most successful colony in captivity.
