The National Alliance against Racism and Political Repression (NARPR) has called for a national day of action against police aggression to be held on Saturday. The organisation is also urging authorities to release prisoners from detention centres amid the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.

The NARPR expects to see similar protests in Jacksonville, Baltimore and Dallas.
