Trump to Host Senate Republicans for Lunch on Wednesday to Discuss Healthcare
WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Trump also noted that the Republican healthcare bill will get "even better" at lunchtime, but he did not give any specifics.

"I will be having lunch at the White House today with Republican Senators concerning healthcare," Trump stated in a Twitter message. "They MUST keep their promise to America!"

On Monday, four Republican Senators opposed their party's legislation titled the Better Care Reconciliation Act. The Senators' move prompted Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to pull the bill from any further consideration.

On Tuesday, McConnell said the US Senate will vote on just repealing the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, next week. Four Republican Senators have already said they will not vote for the repeal without a replacement plan.
