WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – On Monday, Donald Trump has officially reached the 270 electoral votes necessary for him to become the 45th President of the United States.

She pointed out that Trump won more states across the country than any other Republican candidate in the past 28 years.

“Donald Trump won decisively in the Electoral College by more votes than any Republican since 1988,” Day noted.
