US Vice President Joe Biden said that he would not rule out the prospect of running for the Oval Office in 2020, media reported.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Biden, who unsuccessfully ran for president in 1988 and 2008, said he could take a chance in 2020.

“I am going to run in 2020,” Biden told a group of reporters on Capitol Hill when asked if he would run for president, The Hill said on Monday. Asked if he was kidding Biden said he is “not committing not to run.”

In 2016 presidential campaign, Biden officially endorsed Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton and actively supported her along with US President Barack Obama.
