US Authorities Lift West Point Military Academy Lockdown

The lockdown at the US Military Academy at West Point in the state of New York has been lifted.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — New York state police cleared the site, News12 reported.

The lockdown had been enforced after a suspicious car got past security barriers and entered the base, according to US media reports.
