WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The success of the US-Russian brokered cessation of hostilities deal in Syria is up to Moscow, US Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said a campaign event in North Carolina on Thursday.
"Whether or not this [ceasefire] works is up to the Russians," Clinton told reporters when asked about the deal.
