    US Presidential Hopeful Clinton Wins Democratic Missouri Primary Elections

    Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton won the primary elections of her party in the US state of Missouri, local media reported Wednesday.

    MOSCOW (Sputnik) The Boston Globe newspaper reported that Clinton gained support of 50.1 percent of voters, while her main rival, Senator Bernie Sanders, was supported by some 49.8 percent of Missouri voters.

    Earlier in the day, Clinton won primary elections in the states of Illinois, Florida, North Carolina and Ohio.

    The US presidential election is scheduled for November 8, 2016.
