The victory would add to Republican Trump’s success in New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Nevada.
The race for second place in Virginia is between Senators Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio, while in Vermont, John Kasich could snatch a victory from Trump as the state is too close to call.
The billionaire is also expected to make major gains in Alabama, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, and Tennessee, as voters in over one dozen states select their candidates in primaries and caucuses, which are also taking place on this Super Tuesday.
